What We’re Eating This Week

YOU GUYZ. 

This is a big week in our house. You see, we’re trying this new thing where we actually eat some veggies.

Sunday: Turkey Stuffed Peppers with cucumber salad
Monday: Broiled Salmon with Thai Sweet Chili Glaze with Garlic Parmesan Edamame
Tuesday: Whole Wheat Roasted Red Pepper + Fontina Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
Wednesday: Baked Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Sausage
Thursday: Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles with Shrimp with Zucchini Parmesan Crisps
Friday: the Boy’s chili (subbing ground turkey) with Baked Sweet Potato “Fries”
Saturday: something New Orleans-y in honor of the Saints*

*This last meal will most likely negate the entire week. Oops! I do what I want.

  3. twodoxiesandtoomanyshoes said: As an FYI, ground turkey has the same amount of fat as ground beef. If you want something low fat, try ground sirloin, that’s the leanest stuff.
